Erica Wyner
Founder and Executive Director
Erica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst and certified Special and General Education Teacher with 18 years of experience in the fields of Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. With four New York State teaching certificates, Erica began her career as a classroom teacher before becoming a full-time Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT) and ABA provider to focus on individualized instruction. In addition to direct work with students, Erica has spent the past decade training and supervising Early Intervention & Childhood Teachers, SEIT and ABA providers, as well as BCBA candidates in New York City, New Orleans, Louisiana and the Boston Metro area.
Erica received a Master of Arts from Columbia University, Teachers College in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California.
Erica, a native of Massachusetts, is thrilled to be permanently back in the Boston Metro area. While Boost! BCBAs continue to serve families in New York City, Erica is excited to welcome new families in the Boston area to our practice.
